So I have another blog, 1 Year. 100 Books., which chronicles my attempt to read 100 books by December 31st of this year. Feel free to go read it, if you're so inclined. But there's so much more I want to talk about! And I need a place to talk about those things. A place that isn't Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, LJ, or my other blog (it is here where I realize that perhaps I spend too much time on the internets).
So here it is, my general ranty-space. While I could be using my spare time to write creatively (since that is what my degree is in and all), let's face it, that's probably not going to happen. Writing is 3% talent and 97% not getting distracted by the Internet. And I do so love to procrastinate.
This blog is affectionately called the "Allisonian Institution," a moniker I was given in college because I seemed to know about everything. Which isn't necessarily true, but I do know a lot. So they tell me.
So this is just my general bloggy space. Really, I have no idea what is going to end up here. But I imagine it'll be quite fun. So they tell me.
